Delivery and Tracking
PICCACA Product Delivery (US & Canada Only)
Deliveries can be arranged within the United States and Canada. Should you have any enquiries about deliveries, please contact us at contactus@piccaca.com. We will endeavor to deliver orders within 10 business days, although this cannot be guaranteed. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends. You will receive a notification prior to delivery of your order in the form of an email. If no one is available to receive the order at the expected time, you can contact logistics team to reschedule the delivery. Please note that redelivery charges may apply, if you are not available at the scheduled time.
Please note that deliveries may be rescheduled due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions. Should you have an enquiry regarding your order or delivery due to these events, please contact us, but under normal circumstances your order will be delivered the next business day.
Please check if the items are in order upon receipt of the package. You are deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping Fees:
Free Shipping for any single transaction of USD 65 or more!
For any orders less than USD 65, a Standard Shipping Fee of USD $15 will be charged. Orders are delivered through local logistics partners e.g. UPS or Fedex.
* Delivery service is only available to one address per order.
** Additional time is expected for shipping to remote areas and relevant surcharge will be added on to the Standard Shipping Fee. Free Shipping is not applicable to shipping to remote areas.
Delivery Time:
The order will be shipped out within 5 business days, upon order confirmation with successful payment.
Tracking Your Order:
After the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding the shipment along with the waybill number. You may check the delivery status of the shipment from the official website of our relevant local logistics partner.
Please contact the customer service of our relevant local logistics partner in case your products have not arrived within a reasonable time (~5 - 8 business days) after receiving email notification of the shipment. For better customer service experience, please have the waybill number handy.
