    The disposable Paw is made of natural sugarcane-bagasse based raw materials to sustain long-term environmental protection. The idea is to use natural and disposable raw materials that prioritize sustainable environmental friendliness.
  • Where is PICCACA made?
    PICCACA is a company based in Hong Kong, all items are designed in Hong Kong and manufactured in China.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept below payment methods: Credit Card or Debit Card of Visa, Master, Maestro and American Express or Paypal.
  • How can I cancel or make changes to my order?
    We regret that under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund. If you encounter any issue with your order, please contact customer service at contactus@piccaca.com for further assistance.
  • How do I track my order?
    You will receive an order shipping confirmation email including the waybill number after the order is shipped.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Deliveries can be arranged within the United States and Canada. Please contact us at contactus@piccaca.com for assistance for deliveries of order outside the United States and Canada.
  • Which carriers do you use?
    At this time, our carrier is UPS.
  • How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
    The order will be shipped within 5 business days once the order is confirmed and the payment is successful. Shipping time depends on the destination location. In general, it takes 5 business days for the orders to arrive, excluding public holidays. Please expect longer delivery time during public holidays and before major festivals.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    The shipping fees vary depending on the destination and the size of your order. Shipping fees will be shown upon checkout.
  • Can I receive full refund or exchanges for my order?
    We regret that refund is not accepted once the order has been confirmed unless PICCACA is unable to fulfill any ordered items or services. PICCACA reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer (by phone or email), before making a refund arrangement. Please contact customer service at contactus@piccaca.com if you received faulty items within 2 days from receiving your order with following information: - Order number - Description of the fault - Photo of faulty item Please note we only accept any unused items and accept one-time exchange only.
